Once you’ve placed an order with us, we commission packing and case-making specialists, Alban Cases, to build a custom-made wooden case for your item of furniture.

To guarantee the safety of the piece in transit, each item is first assessed by the specialist packing team at Alban Cases. They provide the wooden case makers with internal and external dimensions – plus any special internal packing requirements – before construction of the wooden packing case begins.

With the completed wooden shipping case, the packing team will collect your furniture from our workshop or one of the FBO locations where our furniture is displayed. All internal packing is carried out on-site to ensure the item is fully secure for transit to the delivery address, whether that be a location in the UK or overseas.
